APPENDIX E - CLIENT MATERIAL FORMATS

All Client Materials shall be provided in accordance with this Appendix E. Superminted shall not be responsible for delays, quality limitations, or additional costs arising from non-compliant, incomplete, late, or unsuitable Client Materials. Any additional work required as a result may be subject to Additional Fees:

Client Material Type Submission Standard
Text Electronic format as standard text (.txt), MS Word (.docx), Google Docs, or other editable text format reasonably specified by Superminted, provided via email, secure file transfer (FTP), or shared folder.

Text supplied in non-editable formats (including but not limited to PDFs or images) may require conversion and may be subject to Additional Fees.
Images / Visual Assets Images must be supplied in an electronic format reasonably specified by Superminted (including but not limited to .jpg, .png, .tiff, .eps, .ai, .psd) via email, FTP, or shared folder.

All images must be of sufficient resolution and quality for their intended use. Superminted shall not be responsible for image quality, resolution, colour accuracy, or suitability where Client-supplied materials are inadequate or later deemed unacceptable by the Client.

Additional Fees may apply for image correction, enhancement, recreation, or scanning from physical materials.
Video / Motion Assets Video files must be supplied in industry-standard digital formats reasonably specified by Superminted (including but not limited to .mp4, .mov, .avi) via secure file transfer or shared folder. Client is responsible for ensuring files are complete, accessible, and of sufficient quality for use.

Superminted shall not be responsible for limitations arising from file quality, encoding, compression, or incomplete footage.

Additional Fees may apply for transcoding, recovery, reformatting, or enhancement.
Audio Assets Audio files must be supplied in standard digital formats reasonably specified by Superminted (including but not limited to .wav, .mp3, .aiff).

Superminted shall not be responsible for audio quality, clarity, or usability where Client-supplied materials are deficient.

Additional Fees may apply for editing, clean-up, or enhancement.
Brand Assets and Source Materials Brand assets (including logos, fonts, brand guidelines, templates, and design files) must be supplied in editable and industry-standard formats reasonably specified by Superminted.

Superminted shall not be responsible for delays, limitations, or inconsistencies arising from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect brand materials supplied by the Client.
Data, Content Libraries, and Reference Materials Any data, content libraries, reference materials, or third-party assets provided by the Client must be accurate, complete, and lawfully usable.

Superminted shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, or legal issues arising from Client-provided materials.
Platform Access and Credentials Where services require access to third-party platforms (including but not limited to social media accounts, advertising platforms, websites, or analytics tools), the Client shall provide timely and appropriate access.

Superminted shall not be responsible for delays, limitations, or performance issues arising from restricted, revoked, or delayed access.
