Video Production Cancellation

‍Client agrees that where it intends to exercise a right to cancel the Video Production Project, the Parties shall first discuss in good faith the circumstances of the cancellation and options for the Project. Cancellation of a Video Production Project shall not be effective until the foregoing discussion has taken place.

‍Video Production Cancellation Fee

‍Where the cancelled Project includes video production as part of the Services, and cancellation is made after acceptance of the SOW and/or relevant quote but prior to commencement of production, Client shall be liable to pay 70% of Fee. Where the Deposit has been paid, the remainder amounting to 70% of the Fee will remain chargeable.

‍Production Day Cancellation/Reschedules

‍Any postponement or cancellation of production days within seven (7) working days of camera roll by Client will be subject to 100% of production costs – production costs being the engagement of crew services, rental of filming equipment and/or vehicles, talent costs and location fees. This is regardless of force majeure or a talent’s unexpected illness.

The postponement fees shall be waived if rescheduling of production days are made at least seven (7) working days before camera roll.

Exceptions for Social Media Management Shoots

‍Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Project relates to recurring monthly Social Media Management content production shoots, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

- Cancellation made up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled shoot shall incur no charge;
- Cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours shall be subject to fifty percent (50%) of the shoot fee/credits; and
- Cancellation made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior shall be subject to one hundred percent (100%) of the shoot fee/credits.
