APPENDIX B - ADDITIONAL FEES SCHEDULE

Additional Fee Type	Additional Deliverables/Services	Fee Amount/Conditions
Deliverable Assignment Fee	Assignment of all rights in Deliverables to Client	To be quoted by Superminted on a case by case basis. Included in Design Work Source Files Fee, Video Raw Footage Fee and Video Working Files Fee.
Design Work Source Files Fee	Delivery of design source files for Design Work Deliverables under an SOW, including but not restricted to .indd, .psd, .ai, .png, .fla or other source files or raw code	Approx 60-75% of the total Project Fee, to be quoted by Superminted on a case by case basis.
Video Raw Footage Fee	Delivery of raw footage (i.e. footage shot on set such as daily rushes), audio files, and other similar materials (excluding working files) for Video Production Deliverables to be provided in the form of an external hard drive or other method as agreed between the Parties	SGD500 for every 1 GB of data consolidated on the relevant mode of delivery. Client shall bear the cost (or otherwise provide) of any external hard drive or other physical medium required for delivery.
Video Working Files Fee	Delivery of working files (.prp, .dv, .ae etc) for Video Production Deliverables	Approx 60-75% of the total Project Fee, to be quoted by Superminted on a case by case basis.
Video Production Overrun Fee	Provision of Services where video production exceeds the stated number of production day(s) due to no fault of Superminted, where one shoot day is a maximum of 10 hours including breaks	Overtime incurred shall be chargeable at 1.5x the hourly rate of the engaged crew members. For avoidance of doubt, a production is completed earlier than anticipated, there shall be no compensation from Superminted to the Client.
Short Turnaround Fee	Provision of Services as an expedited service against an urgent timeline. Where an SOW has not been signed, Superminted shall advise Client if a Project will be subject to the Short Turnaround Fee according to the projected Project schedule. Where an SOW has already been signed, and Client requests expedited delivery, Superminted shall advise if the expedited delivery will incur the Short Turnaround Fee	Approx 50-200% of the total Project Fee (on top of the Project Fee), to be quoted by Superminted on a case by case basis based on the complexity and/or urgency of the Project: Expedited: +50% of applicable Project Fee Priority: +100% applicable Project Fee Critical: +200% applicable Project Fee For the avoidance of doubt, any request for expedited delivery is subject to Superminted’s sole discretion, and Superminted is under no obligation to accept such requests.
Additional Services Fee	Additional Products and Services outside the scope of the SOW that is not a material change (i.e. less than 30% variation from the SOW), including but not limited to: Changes over and above the agreed scope set out in the SOW Client makes changes to the initially supplied copy provided for integration into the Products Re-ideation or other substantial changes after draft or concept approvals	To be quoted by Superminted on a case by case basis. The Additional Services Fee shall be payable by Client immediately on acceptance of the quotation.
Material Changes	Where additional Services outside the scope of the SOW constitutes a material change (i.e. more than 30% variation from the SOW), the Services may be charged as a new Project in Superminted’s sole discretion
