Senior Designer

What we're looking for

Do you enjoy taking ownership of creative work while helping shape its overall visual direction?

As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead projects from concept through to rollout and delivery across branding, campaigns and digital work. You’ll translate strategy into compelling visual solutions while contributing to the creative quality of the wider team.

We’re looking for a confident designer who is ready to take on greater art direction responsibilities. This role is suited to someone who wants to continue developing along the art direction track while remaining closely involved in the work.

What you’ll do

• Design branding, campaign and digital work across a range of projects.
• Own projects from initial concept through to rollout and final delivery.
• Translate brand and communication strategies into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop and apply visual directions across different formats and touchpoints.
• Ensure creative work remains consistent and well-crafted throughout execution.
• Work closely with strategists, account teams and other creative team members.
• Support junior designers and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the overall visual direction and creative quality of the team.

What you'll bring

• 5–8 years’ experience in design, preferably within an agency environment.
• A strong foundation in branding, typography and layout.
• The ability to develop ideas from concept through to full rollout.
• Strong visual judgement and attention to craft and detail.
• Confidence taking ownership of projects and guiding their execution.
• The ability to translate strategic thinking into clear visual solutions.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support junior designers.
• Openness to feedback and an interest in developing towards art direction.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong concept-to-rollout thinking.
