What we're looking for

Do you enjoy turning ideas into video content that feels natural to the platform and relevant to the audience?

As a Resident Content Creator, you’ll work across the full content process—from developing concepts and planning shoots to filming and editing short-form videos. You’ll create content for social platforms while also supporting more structured brand and campaign productions when needed.

We’re looking for someone who combines creative thinking with hands-on production skills. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with different teams and adapting your approach across clients, formats and timelines.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute social-first video concepts aligned with client goals.
• Script, storyboard, shoot and edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Take ownership of content from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Adapt videos across different formats, platforms and audience needs.
• Support and guide on-set execution for larger shoots when needed.
• Work closely with strategists, designers and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute creative ideas during content planning and campaign development.
• Keep up with platform trends, formats and changing content behaviours.

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, video production or a related field.
• Strong shooting and editing skills, with the ability to manage content from start to finish.
• A good understanding of social-first storytelling and short-form video.
• Good storytelling instincts and attention to visual and editorial craft.
• Familiarity with commonly used filming, editing and production tools.
• The ability to work across both quick-turn content and more structured productions.
• A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
• The confidence to take ownership of your work while working closely with others.
• A portfolio or showreel featuring both social-first and branded video work.
