Project Manager (Remote)

What we're looking for

Do you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to projects with many moving parts?

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee creative projects from kickoff through to delivery. You’ll coordinate teams, vendors and stakeholders, keep track of progress and help everyone stay clear on priorities, timelines and next steps.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive problem-solver who remains calm when projects move quickly. You should be comfortable managing several workstreams while keeping communication clear and delivery on track.

What you’ll do

• Manage creative projects from kickoff through to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, priorities and key milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Track progress and keep everyone clear on responsibilities and next steps.
• Identify potential risks, delays or gaps and work with the team to address them.
• Organise project information, updates and deliverables.
• Support clear communication across different workstreams.
• Help projects stay aligned with the agreed scope, timeline and requirements.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in project management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple projects or workstreams at the same time.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• The ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving projects.
• Good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confidence coordinating teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• The ability to manage priorities and work within agreed timelines.
• A calm, dependable and collaborative working style.
