Intern, Digital Production

What we're looking for

Are you curious about how ideas are turned into video and digital content?

As a Digital Production Intern, you’ll support the team across different stages of production, from preparing for shoots to filming, editing and organising project materials. You’ll gain hands-on experience while learning how content moves from an initial brief through to final delivery.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative and interested in visual storytelling. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you should be reliable, willing to take direction and ready to get involved wherever support is needed.

What you’ll do

• Assist with planning and producing video content for digital and social media platforms.
• Prepare equipment, assets and production materials for shoots.
• Support filming, shoot setup and behind-the-scenes production work.
• Assist with editing and other post-production activities.
• Organise project files, footage and production materials.
• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming and production planning.
• Learn how projects move from the initial brief through to final delivery.

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of video production and post-production workflows.
• Basic familiarity with filming or editing tools.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute wherever support is needed.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to listen, take direction and apply feedback constructively.
• A genuine interest in branding, marketing and creative work.
