What we're looking for

A passionate content creator who can take ideas from concept to camera to cut – creating social-first video content that’s sharp, relevant, and well-executed. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing, and is comfortable moving between quick-turn content and more structured shoots.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute social-first video concepts aligned with client goals.
• Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok.
• Adapt videos across formats and audiences.
• Support and guide on-set execution for larger shoots when needed.
• Work closely with strategists, designers, and account teams.

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation or video production.
• Strong shooting and editing skills
• Good storytelling instincts and attention to craft.
• A portfolio showing both social-first and branded video work.
