As a Creative Film Director (Junior), you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop and present creative video concepts aligned with client objectives. With a background in film production or related fields, you’ll excel in scripting, storyboard creation, and coordination with the production team to ensure seamless pre-production planning. Your role extends to directing the filming process, overseeing post-production, and incorporating graphics and sound effects to meet client specifications. Strong storytelling skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a team-driven, deadline-oriented environment are essential, along with a commitment to staying current on industry trends for innovative content production.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to develop creative video concepts and ideas that align with the client’s objectives
- Present creative concepts and video content to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
- Write scripts and develop mood boards that convey concepts and ideas effectively within the context of the project
- Coordinate with the production team in pre-production planning and ensure all resources are in place
- Direct and oversee the filming process, ensuring that the creative vision aligns with the client’s expectations
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure the final product meets the client’s specifications
- Oversee the addition of graphics, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the video.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video production to keep content fresh and engaging.
- 1-3 years experience in film production, advertising, or a related field
- Strong creative and storytelling skills
