What you’re gonna do

  • Lead discovery: stakeholder interviews, research plans and desk research.
  • Turn insights into strategy: positioning, value proposition, message houses, brandarchitecture.
  • Facilitate workshops and align cross-functional teams around a clear north star.
  • Build strategic decks that sell the story and the solution; present to senior clients.
  • Partner closely with design and content to brief, review, and quality-assure output.
  • Define success measures and run post-launch reviews to capture impact and learnings.

What we expect

  • 4–6 years in brand strategy (agency or in-house) with strong case studies showingbusiness outcomes.
  • Confidence with frameworks (positioning ladders, archetypes, message houses) andsynthesis.
  • Excellent writing, structured thinking and presentation craft.
  • Comfortable facilitating rooms, managing stakeholders and making trade-offs.
  • A bias for clarity, momentum and measurable results.
