We make content; pure and simple
CVP Group is a content creation company based in Singapore. They create relevant marketing assets — such as videos, live stream and photos — that are tailored to brands’ personas through outcome-driven, efficient processes.

The main insight
Through the brand audit process, it was found that CVP Group needed to refine their brand positioning to reflect their niche in producing cinematic and witty content. With this finding, The Outsiders Co. recommended a brand evolution to help build a stronger foundation that would best position CVP Group in the industry.


Unapologetically bold
As the existing logo still remains relevant to CVP Group’s new brand position, we refined the construction of the logo and established a brand system for its application. The colour palette is primarily black, white and grey to reflect the brand’s unapologetic attitude. Red serves as the accent colour to capture attention at a quick glance. As for typography, Raleway and Overpass were chosen to convey the brand’s agency to eliminate and create tailored content for their clients through outcome-driven and efficient processes.

With the brand identity and design system in place, we created possible applications for CVP Group to adopt. Through this process, we helped the brand visualise multiple ways for brand activation — from digital to print.

After the branding exercise, CVP Group redesigned their website to reflect their niche in content creation. The team has also grown to include and attract talents who embody the brand’s persona. This creates a robust team with great synergy that is crucial for any successful video production.
